All my friends and myself are dealing with Windsor since 2004, for myself, but two friends of mine are dealing with it since last century before the E-Trading.
As a matter of fact, we haven't faced any problem since then. Their server is very good, the execution is fast enough, the spreed is reasonable for common pairs, the company is lisenced and considered one of the pioneers, and, last but not least, the accounts are safe.
